GARY ALLAN SCHLAKE FOUND GUILTY IN U.S. FEDERAL COURT Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that on January 17, 2007, in Missoula, after a 2-day federal district court trial before Chief U.S. District Judge Donald W. Molloy, GARY ALLAN SCHLAKE, a 35-year-old resident of Missoula, was found guilty of coercion and enticement. Sentencing is set for April 20, 2007. SCHLAKE is currently detained. SCHLAKE faces possible penalties of 10-60 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and lifetime supervision. Assistant U.S. Attorney Marcia K. Hurd prosecuted the case for the United States.
