Tammy Lyn Law, 33, of Mountain Home, entered a guilty plea in federal court yesterday to embezzlement from a credit union. Law admitted to embezzling over $420,000 from Pioneer Federal Credit Union in Mountain Home. Law managed the collections department of the credit union between 2002 and 2008.

Sentencing is set for September 15 before U.S. District Judge Edward J. Lodge in Boise.

Law faces a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison, a fine of $1,000,000, and supervised release of five years following the term of incarceration.

The case was investigated jointly by the Mountain Home Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
