The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) today announced the addition of JORGE ALBERTO LOPEZ-OROZCO to its “Ten Most Wanted Fugitives” list. LOPEZ-OROZCO is being sought for his alleged involvement in the brutal murder of three individuals. He should be considered armed and extremely dangerous. LOPEZ-OROZCO has been charged in the State Court of Idaho by the Elmore County Sheriff’s Office with three counts of first degree murder in connection with the shooting deaths of his former girlfriend and her two young sons, ages 2 and 4. On July 30, 2002, the victim was contacted by LOPEZ-OROZCO and picked up at a relative’s residence along with her sons. On August 11, 2002, the burned out shell of the vehicle LOPEZ-OROZCO had been driving was discovered in a remote area of Elmore County, Idaho, near the Snake River. The bodies of the victims were found inside with each having been executed by a gunshot wound prior to being burned in the vehicle. Following the crime, LOPEZ-OROZCO contacted family members and was subsequently transported to San Jose, California, by his brother and sister-in-law, SIMON LOPEZ-OROZCO and MARIA GARCIA. Both SIMON LOPEZ-OROZCO and MARIA GARCIA are wanted by the Elmore County Sheriff for being an Accessory to First Degree Murder and by the FBI on Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrants. LOPEZ-OROZCO is described as a Hispanic male, 5’7”, 175 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair. He was born on April 22, 1976, in Mexico, and uses the alias of Raul Solario.
