Special Agent In Charge, Timothy J. Fuhrman, of the Salt Lake City, Utah Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, requests the assistance of the public in the following matter:

On January 14, 2008, at approximately 9:15 a.m., an unidentified white male entered the Beehive Utah Credit Union located at 1227 East 100 South, St. George, Utah. The subject walked up to the teller and held a handwritten note for the teller indicating it was a robbery and asked for money. After meeting the robbery demands, the subject fled the bank on foot.

On the same date, January 14, 2008, at approximately 2:55 p.m., an unidentified white male similar in appearance to Beehive Credit Union robbery in St. George, entered the Key Bank, located at 410 East 400 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. The subject approached the teller and handed the teller a handwritten note indicating it was a robbery. The teller complied and the subject exited the bank through the bank's south doors toward the parking lot.

On January 15, 2008, at approximately 2:14 p.m., an unidentified white male similar in appearance to the previous day robberies, entered the Utah First Credit Union located at 208 East 800 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. The subject approached the teller and handed the teller a handwritten note indicating it was a robbery. The subject ran out of the bank through the north doors towards 800 South.

On January 16, 2008, at approximately 10:43 a.m., an unidentified white male entered Brighton Bank located at 93 West 3300 South, South Salt Lake City, Utah. The subject approached the teller and handed her a handwritten note indicating it was a robbery. The subject ran out of the bank through the north entrance doors he entered and was seen fleeing southbound on foot between two buildings.

The FBI is actively investigating this matter in conjunction with the St. George Police Department, the South Salt Lake City and Salt Lake City Police Department. The FBI and its law enforcement partners request the assistance of the public to provide the identity and whereabouts of the subject involved.

Because of the nature of the offense, the public is strongly cautioned against attempting to contact or detain this individual.
